Yoga Weekend Retreat


3 days of Yoga and rejuvenation in beachfront seclusion on Cape Cod.
Included are daily Yoga classes, breakfast and community dinner.
Accommodations in twin bedrooms with shared bath.

  Lunch on your own Beach walks, bicycling, kayacking, in-town
excursions to Woods Hole and/or Falmouth

  7:30 p.m. Community Dinner
  9:30 p.m. Bonfire & S’mores on Beach (weather dependent)
Sunday 8:00 a.m. Yoga
  9:30 a.m. Breakfast at your leisure
  Lunch on your own Enjoy the day. Departure when you must

Yoga classes will weave together an eclectic mix of various styles and forms of Yoga. As we begin to tone all systems of the body we will explore sun salutations, standing postures, twists, forward and backward bends, inversions, restorative postures, the breath & meditation. We will open ourselves to our internal rhythms set amongst those in nature. All levels of experience are welcome.

Anne Finan will lead the Yoga classes at the cottage by the sea.
